PV farm featuring 18,360 CIGS modules during construction, Coruche, Portugal

GenSun specializes exclusively in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of PV plants, of which it has connected 62 to the grid and is currently building seven for a total installed power of 47.6 MWp and an overall value of 83 million euros.

50% owned by IPP neoen, one of the major players in the French green energy sector, GenSun has patiently built up its expertise and experience starting with modest residential installations and gradually moving to LV and MV industrial plants, both on account of neoen and third-party-investors, deployed first in France and then in other geographic locations.

International expansion

In order to adequately support its EPC and O&M business, GenSun has, to date, set up subsidiaries in Portugal and India. Additional branches will be opened as and when it becomes necessary, the next likely targets being Australia and Central America.

Deep knowledge

GenSun is knowledgeable of most PV technologies available worldwide: modules, fixed or tracking supporting structures, distributed or central inverters, monitoring and security systems, power storage/hybrid systems.

GenSun is technologically agnostic and will select the architecture, systems, and components it deems best to meet and exceed its clients’ expectations.

A reliable partner

With close to seven years of carefully managed growth during which some 40 highly skilled personnel have gathered tremendous experience, and with the backing of its shareholder neoen, you can trust GenSun to take up your next PV challenge.
